Metro Community Provider Network
MCPN is a private, not for profit system of community, school-based, homeless and dental offices serving the underserved of Arapahoe and Jefferson Counties. In 2005 we established the Potomac Street Health Center where we target services to seniors and people with disabilities. At PSHC we strive to overcome all of the architectural, communication and attitudinal barriers that would keep a person with a disability from achieving their health-related goals. We see patients for acute and chronic illnesses, well exams and help them find competent, caring specialists when needed. We accept Medicaid, Medicare and many types of private insurance. We have a sliding fee scale for the uninsured.
